Feed & Food Market: Fenagra drives business, technical knowledge exchange and sector trends
The event will have 250 exhibiting companies and will host technical congresses promoted by partner associations ABRA, CBNA, SBOG and UBRABIO.

From May 12 to 14, 11 am–7 pm, at Distrito Anhembi, in São Paulo, Fenagra – International Feed & Food Agribusiness, Technology and Processing Trade Show – will take place. The event is the largest Feed & Food agribusiness gathering in Latin America, bringing together the main players in Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Rendering, Biodiesel, Oils and Fats.
In addition to the business trade show, Fenagra will host technical congresses and seminars promoted by associations representing the sector. They are: ABRA (Brazilian Association of Recycling), CBNA (Brazilian College of Animal Nutrition), SBOG (Brazilian Society of Oils and Fats) and UBRABIO (Brazilian Union of Biodiesel and Biokerosene), which reinforces the technical and strategic nature of the gathering.
In its 19th edition, Fenagra will have 250 exhibiting companies, both domestic and international, from the United States, Russia, Australia, countries in Europe and Asia, as well as South America and Saudi Arabia. In all, two pavilions will be occupied, totaling 26 thousand m² of exhibition space.
“Fenagra consolidates itself as a strategic environment for business generation, attracting investment, professional development and expanding networking. We expect to receive approximately 14 thousand visitors and congress attendees, with a volume of business that should exceed R$ 1 billion,” says Daniel Geraldes, director of Fenagra.
This year, the program will include nine congresses and about 200 invited speakers, including international experts.
On May 12, the 11th edition of the Technical Dialogue – Animal Recycling Sector will be held, promoted by ABRA – Brazilian Association of Animal Recycling. With free admission, the event will bring together professionals, companies and members to discuss the main challenges and opportunities of the sector. The opening will be led by Pedro Bittar, president of ABRA’s Board of Directors.
The program will be divided into two panels. Panel 1 – “Directions and innovations: the future of the sector under debate” – will address new possibilities for the use of animal-origin meals, based on technology mapping studies. The panel will be led by representatives of the SENAI Institute of Technology in Food and Beverages of Goiás. The “Vision 2045” study, with projections and trends for the short, medium and long term, will also be presented, along with the results of research on the development of biofertilizers, an initiative that broadens opportunities and opens new markets for animal recycling in Brazil.
Panel 2 – “Industry Decarbonization Journey” – will be led by SENAI SP and will discuss one of the most urgent topics on the industrial agenda: decarbonization. The debate will bring experiences and practical paths adopted by companies to reduce emissions and meet the market’s growing sustainability demands. Both panels will be followed by round tables to deepen the debates. ABRA will also have a booth at Fenagra, on Street G – Booth 09. For more information, click here.
