Fenagra 2026 generates R$ 1 billion in business and closes the edition with 80% of exhibitors confirmed
The event welcomed around 12 thousand visitors at Distrito Anhembi, in São Paulo

The 19th edition of Fenagra 2026 – International Feed & Food Agribusiness, Technology and Processing Trade Show – closed its program reaffirming the trade show’s relevance for the Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Rendering, Biodiesel, and Vegetable Oils and Fats markets in Latin America. The event brought together 250 domestic and international exhibitors and welcomed approximately 12 thousand participants, including visitors and congress attendees, at Distrito Anhembi, in São Paulo.
Over the three days of the event, Fenagra moved the market by reaching R$ 1 billion in business generation, reinforcing its role as a strategic platform for networking, product launches, innovation, technical knowledge and partnership development among companies, industries, researchers and professionals in the Feed & Food chain.
Among this edition’s novelties, the highlight was the Exhibitor Arena, a space created so that participating companies could present launches, news, portfolios and technical content in mini-talk format, promoting greater interaction with the public. “The success of this edition is already driving the next one: about 80% of exhibitors secured their participation in the 2027 edition while the trade show was still taking place,” says Daniel Geraldes, director of the trade show.
“Fenagra is a strategic event for the IEG Group in our expansion process in Brazil. We strongly believe in the potential of the trade show and in the relevance of agribusiness. With the partnership between the IEG Group and Editora Stilo, we understand that Fenagra has the capacity to grow even faster in an extremely promising market. In this edition, we recorded a 30% increase in the area occupied by exhibitors and, for 2027, the expectation is to hold an even bigger trade show, with more qualified attendance, an expanded content program and more opportunities for networking and business generation,” says Rimantas Sipas, COO of IEG Brasil.
The Pet Food and Animal Nutrition segments (Animal Feed – Poultry, Swine, Cattle and Aqua Feed) concentrated most of the exhibitors, followed by the Meatpacking and Rendering sectors (Animal Recycling), Biodiesel, and Vegetable Oils and Fats (intended for both human nutrition and biofuel production).
Technical knowledge and innovation
Alongside the trade show, the technical program brought together congresses and forums promoted by organizations representing each segment. CBNA (Brazilian College of Animal Nutrition) made room for researchers, academics and industry professionals to present scientific papers and held three important events: the 36th CBNA Annual Meeting – Poultry, Swine and Cattle –, which discussed trends, technologies and innovations in animal nutrition with experts from academia, agribusiness and industry companies.
The 9th Workshop on Nutrition and Nutrology of Dogs and Cats, held in partnership with the Brazilian Society of Nutrition and Nutrology of Dogs and Cats (SBNutriPet), which addressed challenges in feline nutrology, nutritional strategies and best clinical practices, and the 25th CBNA PET Congress, which discussed topics related to feline feeding, such as diet formulation, pet food processing, additives and potentially toxic ingredients, as well as market prospects.
The transformations of the Brazilian production chain were also on the agenda at the 11th Technical Dialogue of the Animal Recycling Sector, promoted by ABRA (Brazilian Association of Animal Recycling). Topics debated included: the future of the sector and new opportunities, innovations in the use of animal-origin meals, and decarbonization of industries, among others.
For yet another year, biofuels took center stage, and UBRABIO (Brazilian Union of Biodiesel and Biokerosene) held the 3rd Biodiesel and Biokerosene (SAF) Forum: Technology and Innovation, bringing together representatives of industry, government and academia to discuss technological advances, the international biofuels market, traceability and the replacement of fossil fuels.
Another Fenagra partner, SBOG (Brazilian Society of Oils and Fats) was responsible for the Oils and Fats Processing Seminar, bringing debates on sustainability, industrial innovation, chemical safety and new technologies applied to the processing of oils and fats, with the participation of experts from Brazil and Latin America.
Since 2025, Fenagra has been organized through the partnership between IEG Brasil and Editora Stilo, an initiative that strengthens the event’s structure, expands its operational capacity and boosts its international reach.
